CODE MASTER Programming Logic | Kids Coding Toys Age8+ 3Our children are gifted with the power to invent and achieve amazing technological feats. Most of all, it’s through creative play that they learn how to exploit these skills.

What is Coding or Computer Programming?
Coding, or computer programming, is a creative process that ‘computer programmers’ or ‘coders’ use to tell a computer how to perform a task.

It is where you take instructions (the steps in a task) and translate it into a language that the computer understands, since computers do not ‘talk’ like humans. They talk in a language called BINARY, which in its most base form uses a combination of 0’s and 1’s.

Coders write the instructions using a programming language. You may have heard of programming languages such as BASIC, HTML, Java and Python, programming languages built on the base ‘Binary’ language of 0’s and 1’s.

Coding is what makes it possible for us to create computer software, apps and websites. It is also the language that for example gives a simple command to a computer such as ‘PRINT’ or ‘OPEN’, as well as much more complex commands.

Why learn to code?
The benefit of learning coding or computer programming is that people who know how to code will be able to communicate across countries and cultures. They will also be innovative, and solve problems more efficiently, with less barriers to their success.

Learning programming at a young age gives children a head-start in this very important skill, helping them solve everyday problems and get set up for a lifetime of opportunities.

Interestingly, children as young as 5 years can learn to code. It usually comes naturally to them, as they just need to deal with the logic of communicating with the computer, without first having to translate their intentions from their native language to a computer language!

Code Master | Coding for Children is the ultimate coding adventure. Code Master is a single-player board game that teaches code for kids. Furthermore, they discover the basics of Coding & Programming in a familiar board game format. It features inmost reviews as one of the top coding games for children.

Programming Games for Kids
Make programming for kids fun by learning the basics without a computer! In Code Master | Coding for Children, their Avatar travels to an exotic world in search of power Crystals. Furthermore, for all 60 levels, they will have to use programming logic to help their Avatar collect the Crystals and land at the Portal.

In doing so, they use programming logic to navigate the Map. Therefore they will need to think carefully, because in each level, only one specific sequence of actions will lead to success. As a result, once they collect all the Crystals and land at the Portal, they win.

Especially relevant, playing Code Master | Coding for Children won’t just teach children the principles behind programming. In addition they will also build planning, sequential reasoning and problem-solving skills. Suitable for students aged 8 years and up, it is a single player game.

The Code Master kit includes:
6 Crystals
10 Maps with 60 Levels
12 Guide Scrolls
12 Action Tokens
